Who is behind this investigation
Jackson Holt is a pseudonym. The person behind it spent years working inside the defense industry — not as a journalist, not as an academic, but as someone close enough to the procurement chain to recognise when something didn't add up. The contract at the centre of this investigation was one of those things. The question it raised was not complicated: how does a company with essentially no operating cash, trading on OTC markets for fractions of a cent, receive tens of millions in advance government funding for a foreign military financing contract — and how does that money move the way it moved before a single drone is delivered?
The right thing to do was report it. Concerns were submitted to federal agencies. What followed was not a visible public inquiry. What followed instead was retaliation: personal information was exposed publicly, family members' names were published online, and professional relationships were targeted. None of that stopped the reporting. It probably should have. It didn't. The investigation continued, the public record deepened, and this site is the result.
That background matters because it explains the register of this investigation. This is not a journalist who received a tip. This is a whistleblower who saw something wrong, reported it through proper channels, paid a price for doing so, and kept going. Everything published here is drawn from public documents — because the public record, assembled carefully, is enough. It always was.
