The canvas follows the database: source to DISTIL record, DISTIL record to knowledge object, then reviewed relationship. Position alone means nothing.
The order waives counsel endorsement under its stated Rule1:13 authority and allows written objections within ten days after entry. It supplies no later objection, stay, appeal, revised order or clerk disbursement confirmation. Visible digital signature appearance is checked, not certificate trust.supportsThe order is a direct judicial failure-of-proof and distribution determination for a specified fund; it should not be generalised into invalidity of all Legalist claims elsewhere.
Specifically named source propositions support the bounded distinction or question.
The operative order directs prompt payment of $1,140,004.66 to Atlantic Wave Holdings LLC and Secure Community LLC, with remainder to Cyberlux, and upload/transmission to parties. Subtracting the ordered award from the stated fund gives $304,538.45 before any unstated adjustment; this remainder is arithmetic, not a separately printed award figure or proof of actual payment.supportsThe $3 inconsistency between component sum and ordered total is a literal source discrepancy requiring clarification, not licence to rewrite the court’s explicit disbursement amount.
Specifically named source propositions support the bounded distinction or question.
The court finds $952,601.71 judgment balance plus $187,399.95 proven unrecovered reasonable/necessary collection fees and costs, and states a total claim of $1,140,004.66. Those two printed components sum to $1,140,001.66, $3 less than the printed total; the order nevertheless expressly directs $1,140,004.66 disbursement.supportsWas the $3 difference corrected and were the directed distributions made, stayed or altered?
Specifically named source propositions support the bounded distinction or question.
The court recites that under its July22,2025 order HII interpleaded $1,444,543.11 pursuant to Atlantic Wave/Secure Community’s garnishment and was discharged and dismissed upon receipt of those funds. Legalist SPV III, LP had been permitted to intervene to claim the funds and oppose competing claims.supportsThe order is a direct judicial failure-of-proof and distribution determination for a specified fund; it should not be generalised into invalidity of all Legalist claims elsewhere.
