Reviewed relationships
The canvas follows the database: source to DISTIL record, DISTIL record to knowledge object, then reviewed relationship. Position alone means nothing.
The court rejects the April 1 proposed receivership order and April letters as new removal-triggering papers. It reads “Debtor’s non-exempt property” as the asset boundary and the disputed-custody/compliance provisions as allowing state-court recourse, not authority to sell Government property. Cyberlux removed before that proposed order was issued.referencesThe draft would also require documentation of disputed credits and offsets, and after their determination and receiver compensation, return remaining funds to the debtors for Legalist SPV III’s benefit. It supplies no quantified reconciliation, actual distribution or priority ruling. Its satisfaction language and unresolved accounting must be read together rather than converted into a verified payoff.
May opinion evaluates the then-proposed receiver property boundary; June unsigned draft proposes dissolution/accounting. Different procedural instruments, neither proves later actual distributions.
The letter first describes a planned Virginia registry deposit above $1 million and later specifies above $1.4 million: $912,000 plus approximately $500,000 against disputed fees. It promises documentation as soon as the deposit is made. Both formulations are prospective, with no fixed deposit date and no receipt included. The more specific figure is not a contradictory separate deposit.referencesThe proposed text would find that the receiver’s statutory authority extends only to property needed to satisfy the judgment, that sufficient funds had been tendered and that further possession/sale would exceed that authority. These are requested findings; the filing stamp does not prove the tender amount, source or legal sufficiency.
The later unsigned proposed order asserts tender; it does not independently prove fulfilment of the earlier deposit plan.
The record shows creation on 10 June 2025, authorisation at 4:46 PM that day and process date 11 June 2025. The originator wire header is Vartabedian Hester & Haynes LLP, from a masked IOLTA account, with the case/debtor message referencing 202448085 and Cyberlux Corporation. It does not name the ultimate client funder, prove the source of client funds or show a completed beneficiary credit.referencesThe proposed text would find that the receiver’s statutory authority extends only to property needed to satisfy the judgment, that sufficient funds had been tendered and that further possession/sale would exceed that authority. These are requested findings; the filing stamp does not prove the tender amount, source or legal sufficiency.
Wire authorisation is relevant to the draft’s tender assertion, but no beneficiary credit or judicial adoption is supplied.
