This matter is before the Court on the motion of Judgment Creditor Advanced Navigation & Positioning Corporation ("ANPC") and Garnishee HII Mission Technologies Corp. The stay shall continue for a period of one hundred and eighty (180) days after entry of this Order OR until the deposit of the Disputed Funds by HII in the Interpleader Action whichever comes first.
3.
The Parties agree that HII will be discharged from any liability in this action if: (1) HII deposits the Disputed Funds in the Interpleader Action; and (2) HII is discharged in the Interpleader Action. Upon the occurrence of those two events, the parties will submit a proposed final order acknowledging HII's discharge in the Interpleader Action and in this garnishment action.
4.
Upon the conclusion of the stay created by paragraph 1 above, the Parties shall report back to the Court and seek further relief or guidance, as necessary, or submit an appropriate order.
